Meet Nicholas Chan

Founder and Attorney at Law

Nicholas Chan is the founder and principal attorney of Chan Immigration Law Group, bringing over a decade of focused immigration law experience. A proud member of the California State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Nicholas combines legal expertise with a personal commitment shaped by his own family’s immigrant story. He previously co-founded and led The Chan and Jang Law Firm LLP, and has provided public service through judicial clerkships and pro bono work with vulnerable communities. With a J.D. from the University of the Pacific and a B.A. from UC Santa Barbara, Nicholas guides clients through the complexities of U.S. immigration law with empathy, strategy, and care.
