Family-based Immigration
Bringing your loved ones to the United States is a meaningful and emotional journey. We’re here to guide you through the process and help you every step of the way. We assist U.S. citizens and green card holders with reuniting with their family members by handling the paperwork, legal steps, and interviews needed to get visas or green cards approved. Here’s a few of the things we do:
Petitions for Family Members
We help show your relationship with a spouse, child, parent, or sibling by filing Form I-130.
Fiancé Visas (K-1 visas)
We help U.S. citizens bring their fiancé(e) to the U.S. to get married and apply for a green card.
Adjustment of Status
If your relative is already in the U.S., we help them apply for a green card without leaving the country.
Removing Green Card Conditions
If you have a green card through a recent marriage (less than 2 years), we help you file Form I-751 to prove your marriage is real and remove the “temporary” conditions.
Consulate Processing
If your family member is outside the U.S., we guide them through the process at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate to get their visa.
